Declaration Management & Research LLC (“DMR”) is an SEC registered investment adviser managing approximately $11 billion in institutional assets. DMR was formed in 1989 and has offices in McLean, Virginia and New York City. The firm is an MFC Global Investment Management Company, indirectly wholly owned by John Hancock Life Insurance Company (U.S.A.), a unit of Manulife Financial Corporation.
Declaration is a fixed income asset manager with expertise in structured finance and credit, including asset-backed securities, residential and commercial mortgage-backed securities, corporate bonds and distressed credit. In addition to fixed income capabilities, Declaration has recently launched a new platform to invest in opportunistic commercial real estate debt.
